At Royal Car Lift, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to keep the process simple and fair for both passengers and our drivers.

This policy applies to bookings made for our Dubai to Abu Dhabi car lift services, including both shared rides and private rides.

Cancellation 12 Hours or More Before Departure

You can cancel your scheduled ride at least 12 hours before the trip without any cancellation fee.

If you no longer need your ride, simply contact our team as soon as possible through the available booking contact channels. Cancellations made within this timeframe are considered free cancellations.

For example, if your ride is scheduled for 8:00 AM, you can cancel it without a cancellation fee when you notify us by 8:00 PM on the previous day.

Cancellation Within 12 Hours of Departure

If you cancel your booking less than 12 hours before the scheduled departure time, an AED 25 cancellation fee applies.

The AED 25 cancellation fee applies to both:

• Shared car lift bookings
• Private car lift bookings

This policy applies regardless of whether the booking is for a one-way or return journey.

For example, if your ride is scheduled for 8:00 AM and you cancel it after 8:00 PM the previous evening, the AED 25 cancellation fee will apply.

Why We Have a Cancellation Policy

Our car lift service operates according to scheduled pickup times and planned routes. When a passenger cancels close to departure, the vehicle, driver, and reserved seat may already have been allocated for that journey.

The cancellation policy helps us manage scheduled rides efficiently while keeping our service reliable for other passengers.

For shared rides, an unfilled seat may also affect the availability and planning of the trip for other commuters. For private rides, the vehicle and driver are reserved specifically for the passenger or group making the booking.

How to Cancel Your Booking

If you need to cancel your ride, contact Royal Car Lift as soon as you know that you cannot travel.

When contacting us, provide your booking details so our team can identify the scheduled trip and process the cancellation accordingly.

We recommend cancelling as early as possible to avoid the AED 25 cancellation fee.

Shared and Private Ride Cancellations

The same cancellation timeframe applies to both types of service:

Shared Ride:

Cancel at least 12 hours before departure to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 12 hours are subject to an AED 25 fee.

Private Ride:

Cancel at least 12 hours before departure to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 12 hours are subject to an AED 25 fee.
